The only exception is if such content is reported for violating guidelines, in which case it may be reviewed by moderators or admins.

5.3 Moderation and Enforcement
All shared content may be subject to moderation. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. We may issue warnings, suspend, or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations. If you do not follow the guidelines, your account may be banned. Moderation decisions are final.

5.5.1 Team Naming Guidelines
When creating a team, you must choose an appropriate team name that follows these rules:

  • No URLs or Website Links: Team names may not contain URLs, website addresses, or domain names (e.g., "example.com", "www.site.com", "https://link.com"). This includes partial URLs or obvious website references.
  • Company Names Allowed: You may use your company or organization name as long as it is not formatted as a URL or website address (e.g., "Acme Corporation" is acceptable, "acme.com" is not).
  • No Promotional Content: Team names should not be used for advertising, marketing, or promoting external products, services, or websites.
  • No Spam or Misleading Names: Team names must not be deceptive, misleading, or designed to manipulate search results or user discovery.
  • Respectful and Appropriate: Team names must follow all community guidelines and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or inappropriate content.

Violation of these team naming guidelines may result in the team being renamed, suspended, or deleted. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to review and modify team names at our discretion to maintain platform integrity.

Crafting AI Prompts is not responsible for user-generated content but will act on violations as described. The platform reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its sole discretion to protect the community.

6.5 Username Change Cooldown
To maintain community trust and prevent abuse, you may only change your username once every three (3) months. After setting or updating your username, you will not be able to change it again until the cooldown period has passed. Please choose your username carefully.

6.6 Enforcement
Crafting AI Prompts reserves the right to review, modify, or reset any username that violates these guidelines at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, additional actions may be taken, including warnings, account suspension, or account termination. If your username is reset by an administrator, the cooldown period may also be reset to allow you to choose a new, compliant username.

7. Profile Images & Public Profiles

7.1 Profile Images
You may upload a profile image to personalize your account. Profile images are visible to other users wherever your name or username appears, including comments, reviews, leaderboards, and team pages. You are responsible for ensuring that your profile image is appropriate and complies with the following rules:

  • No Offensive or Explicit Content: Profile images must not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate symbols, or any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for the information you choose to make publicly visible.

7.3 Shared Prompt Library on Profile
You may choose to display your shared prompt library content (prompts and recipes marked as "shared online") on your public profile page. This is an opt-in feature controlled through your profile settings. Only items you have explicitly shared online will be displayed.

7.4 Enforcement
Crafting AI Prompts reserves the right to remove or replace any profile image that violates these guidelines without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in the loss of the ability to upload profile images, account suspension, or account termination.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on the Website, including prompts, recipes, components, reviews, comments, and other user-generated material. Crafting AI Prompts does not claim ownership of your private content.

8.2 License to Shared Content
When you choose to share content publicly on the Website, such as publishing prompts or recipes, sharing them online via a public link, or posting them to the community, you grant Crafting AI Prompts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and make that content available to other users of the Website as part of its normal operation. 9. Prompt Challenges & Gamification

9.1 XP, Ranks, and Achievements
The Website offers gamification features including experience points (XP), ranks, achievements, and leaderboards as part of the Advent of Prompt and other challenge systems. These are designed to encourage learning and community participation. XP, ranks, achievements, and any associated badges or titles have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for goods or services, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

9.2 Fair Play
You must participate in challenges and gamification features honestly and in good faith. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Manipulation: Attempting to artificially inflate your XP, rank, or score through exploits, automation, or any means other than genuine participation.
  • Multi-Accounting: Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in challenges or on leaderboards.
